What data we collect

What you enter in the form: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the treatment you are interested in, the area of hair loss, how long it has been going on, your age range and your message.
Optional photos: pictures you upload so that we can assess your hair.
Technical data: your IP address, browser and device information, the advertisement or link that brought you here, and the pages you visit.

Why we use your data

To answer your request and give you a personal hair transplant plan and price.
To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
To arrange your appointment and treatment.
To measure how our advertising campaigns perform and to improve our services.

Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5/1 of Turkish Law No. 6698). You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Photos and health data

Hair photos you send count as health-related data, a special category of personal data. We process them only with your explicit consent and only to prepare your preliminary assessment. They are seen only by the medical staff carrying out that assessment and by your consultant, and are never used for promotion or advertising without your permission.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data until your request has been dealt with and afterwards for as long as our legal retention obligations require. After that period, or at your request, it is deleted.

Who we share your data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we work with in order to deliver the service (website hosting and our customer relationship management system). These providers process your data solely on our instructions.
